Mr. Pack Rat, Tucson, Ariz., recently announced the promotion of Eric Bell to general manager. Bell will remain based out of the company’s Tucson office, an independent division of Truly Nolen. Bell joined Mr. Pack Rat in May 2018, working with the trailer crew removing pack rat nests. He was subsequently trained on performing inspections and exclusions.

Bug Busters announced the promotion of Jarrett Swinger, Ashley Blankenship and Johnathan Harding to service manager positions at its Woodstock and Hapeville, Ga.-based branches. Swinger was promoted from pest management professional to residential service manager for the Woodstock branch. He will provide initial and ongoing training to Woodstock pest management professionals and monitor residential service quality via routine inspections and direct contact with customers. Blankenship was promoted from pest management professional to supervising manager for the Hapeville branch. She will serve as an extension of the branch manager and act as the point person for any service-related issues. Harding was promoted from universal pest technician to commercial service manager for the Woodstock branch. He will manage and maintain relationships with Bug Busters’ large commercial customers.

Adam Mueller of Summit City Pest Control and Autumn Foster Powers of Burt’s Termite & Pest Control were appointed to the education committee of the Indiana Pest Management Association. They will help plan and facilitate training workshops throughout the state.

Turner Pest Control, Jacksonville, Fla., promoted Sarah Digilio to branch manager. Digilio has worked with Turner Pest Control for more than eight years in multiple positions: sales, termite renewal coordinator, service supervisor Daytona/Orlando, business analyst, project manager and director of the project management office. She became the first woman at Turner to be licensed as a Florida Certified Pest Control Operator in General Household Pest Control in 2021 and is the first female branch manager at Turner.

ABC Home & Commercial Services of Austin promoted Bo Jenkins to director of sales. Jenkins, a member of the third generation at the family-owned ABC, has been branch manager for ABC’s Bryan/College Station office since 2017, overseeing sales and operations for pest control, lawn and tree, AC and heating, plumbing, handyman, exterior cleaning and holiday and event lighting services. Jenkins will oversee and lead sales efforts for ABC’s lines in Austin, Bryan/College Station, Corpus Christi, Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio. Omar Aranda also was promoted to branch manager for Bryan/College Station. Aranda has been with ABC for over four years, most recently in residential sales.
