Pakistan has condemned the heinous terrorist attack in Sinai, which resulted in death of eleven security personnel.
In a statement, Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the Government and people of Pakistan extend deepest condolences to the bereaved families.

The statement prayed for early recovery of those injured in the attack.
It further said that Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. We also reaffirm our solidarity with the brotherly people of Egypt.
Meanwhile, in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred two youth in Kulgam district.
According to the Kashmir Media Service, the youth were martyred by the troops during a cordon and search operation in Cheyan Devsar area of the district.
During the so-called operation the Indian troops blocked the entry and exit points of the area and suspended internet services.
APHC leader Syed Bashir Andrabi in a statement in Srinagar expressed serious concern over the deteriorating health of illegally detained Hurriyat leaders and activists in different Indian jails.
He deplored that Kashmiri political detainees were not provided with hygienic food and medical facilities in jails.
National Conference President Farooq Abdullah, while interacting with media persons in Kulgam, reiterated that the delimitation report was “blind” to universally accepted practices and principles.
Today, the 8th of May, is grim reminder of Pir Dastgeer massacre by brutal Indian forces. It was on this day in 1991 when Indian paramilitary troops opened fire on thousands of people who had assembled to offer final rites of some martyred Kashmiris at Pir Dastgeer in Khanyar locality of Srinagar and killed eighteen civilians including an infant.

APHC-AJK Convener Muhammad Farooq Rehmani in a statement in Islamabad, today, appealed to the UN, EU, OIC and other international organizations to play their active role in resolution of the Kashmir dispute.
