- Is an event an incident or a breach?
- When the press claims itâs a breach and itâs not, how do you handle it?
- What are all the items to consider? Whatâs the checklist of considerations and to do items?
- What do you need to do first?
- Is containment even possible? Do you have to start over?
- What are common mistakes made?
- What donât people consider that they should?
- Why is empathy critical at this time?
- Contain, Eradicate, Rebuild, Restore, or Nuke it from space?
- Prior proper planning prevents poor response.
