1. Uninstalling Updates on The Android System Webview

2. Disabling Google Chrome
If you aren’t able to find Android System WebView under Apps, then another option is disabling Google Chrome. Once done, Android System WebView app will become visible.
For disabling Google Chrome, follow the steps below:
1. Open Settings, access Apps and then, Google Chrome.
2. Tap ‘Disable’ button.
If your apps stop crashing, there will be no need for uninstalling the Android System WebView update. However, if the apps continue crashing, you need to uninstall the updates. Follow all the steps part of the method mentioned at first.
Remember, there no data loss will occur since you will not be uninstalling Chrome – you will simply disable it. Once this is re-enabled as ab app, you can browse normally. Till this stands disabled, you will be able to use alternative browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, or even Microsoft Edge.
