Tech Giant Microsoft on Friday said that a Russian state-sponsored hacking group was trying to breach its systems again. As per Microsoft, the hacking group named, Midnight Blizzard, used information it stole from is corporate emails in January, reporter Reuters.

Notably, Microsoft is key provider of digital services and infrastructure to the US government. As per the tech giant, the hackers are linked to Russian intelligence and are focussed on penetrating Microsoft systems.

The data stole by the hacking group reported include some of the company’s source code repositories and internal systems. “It is apparent that Midnight Blizzard is attempting to use secrets of different types it has found,” it added.
