QUINCY – Eastern Nazarene College Department of Mathematics will host a Cybersecurity Symposium on Friday, Jan. 19, 2024, in Shrader Lecture Hall from 2:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
The event will feature a panel of industry leaders in the field of Information Technology who specialize in Cybersecurity. Each panelist will give a presentation regarding their current roles, industry, corporations, and personal insights regarding the field of Cybersecurity. Following the presentations, students and audience members have the opportunity to ask the panelists questions, should time allow.
This event is open to anyone who would like to attend. Directions to Eastern Nazarene College can be found here. The campus is easily accessible via the MBTA Red Line and ample parking is available.

Panelists
Elie Abouzeid
Elie Abouzeid is the Vice President of Information Security at DentaQuest where he built and leads a team of Security Engineers, Security Analysts, and Security Architects for the country’s largest payer provider for Medicaid and Medicare Dental Insurance. Prior to that, Abouzeid worked as Vice President of Information Security at Delta Dental for five years. He also served as Director of Information Security and Compliance, Data Protection at The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
Kevin Ma
Kevin Ma is a skilled Systems Engineer specializing in virtualization, Active Directory, and Infrastructure Management. Ma has worked as a Senior Storage and Systems Engineer at Dassault Systèmes for the past seven years. Prior to this Kevin worked at Cimpress for two years, and the First Marblehead Corporation for around 12.5 years.
Natalie Fedyuk
Natalie Fedyuk is a Managing Director within Protiviti’s Technology Consulting Practice. She has been a member of Protiviti’s Global Cybersecurity and Privacy team for 3 years. Natalie is a pragmatic, results oriented, and dynamic leader with over 20 years of diversified experience in cybersecurity and privacy, with focus on CISO program transformation and optimization, third-party security risk management, and cloud security transformation. Natalie leads Microsoft Security Consulting services for Protiviti. Prior to that she served as a Managing Director, KPMG LLP for about 10 years, and director of Information Security at First Marblehead Corporation for about six years.
Peter Lee
Peter Lee manages The Cooperative Bank’s Information Technology division. He provides direction for the ongoing development of effective and secure systems that support the bank. Peter brings over 20 years of technical and operational expertise within the financial services industry and has a passion for innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Boston and serves in numerous leadership positions within Boston’s Chinatown community associations.
